- MD opened, said dec was best month ever, ~N39m all branches?? (check exact). thanks to everyone esp lekki team
- chidi: lekki cold room compressor making noise again, technician said 2 weeks ago it needs replacing, quote was 1.8m. if it fails we lose dairy + fresh produce stock. MD says get 2 more quotes by friday
- halima: ikeja diesel cost up again, gen running 9-10 hrs a day some days. asked about solar. MD: tolu to find 3 solar vendors, compare, before end of month
- kunle wants 2 more staff for yaba weekends, queues on sat bad, customers leaving. MD said ok to 1 part time for now, review in march
- online orders (whatsapp) growing but orders getting missed - halima said 4 complaints last week, msgs not answered. Someone suggested a shared whatsapp business account / catalogue. no owner decided?? (follow up)
- ngozi: surulere stock counts dont match system, about 3% off in household items. MD wants a full count at surulere this weekend, ngozi to lead, kunle to send 1 person to help
- price increases from suppliers again (rice, oil, noodles). chidi says we should tell customers early not surprise them. tolu to draft a short customer notice for whatsapp + in store, MD to approve
- next meeting 3 Feb same time
- MD reminded everyone: no customer phone numbers in personal phones / personal whatsapp. use the business line only. NDPA.
