Fictional interview, DMILZE EdTech practice data.
Shop: pharmacy, Ikeja. Owner: Mr Okafor (fictional). Staff: 3.

Q: Tell me about the last time you ran out of something.
A: Paracetamol syrup for children ran out over a weekend. Parents went to the next pharmacy. Once they go, some don't come back.
Q: How do you track stock?
A: We have software for sales but nobody looks at the reorder report. It is buried in a menu.
Q: What would help?
A: Just tell me on WhatsApp on Friday what will finish next week. That's all. I don't want another dashboard.
Q: How do you feel about AI?
A: If it is right, fine. If it tells me to order wrong things, I will stop trusting it immediately. Expiry dates matter for us.
Q: Would you pay?
A: Yes, if it works for two months first. N5,000 a month is nothing if I keep customers.
